KRAMA TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website KRAMABYANJANA.COM (the "Site") operated by KRAMA. Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

KRAMA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, KRAMA will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

KRAMA will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided on the Site and may vary based on location and product.

B. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased from KRAMA pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

C. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping and Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in that policy.
